沿革

1947年10月  鯖江市下河端町において、福島 政治 個人創業。

1947年12月  眼鏡枠製造・販売の開始。

1967年 2月   株式会社 福島眼鏡美山製作所設立。

1972年12月  福島 政行 代表取締役に就任。 海外との直接取引開始。

1977年 4月   株式会社ふくしま に商号変更。

1978年11月  鯖江市神中町に鯖江営業所設立。

1988年 1月   鯖江営業所を新築し、本社機能移転。

2009年 5月   福島 治和 代表取締役に就任。

2013年 2月   福島 政信 代表取締役に就任。

Company History

1947, Oct.  Established as a private business by Masaji Fukushima in Shimokobata-cho, Sabae-city.

1947, Dec.  Started production and sales of spectacle frames.

1967, Feb.  Completed Fukushima Optical Ltd., Miyama Manufacturing.

1972, Dec.  Masayuki Fukushima was inaugurated as CEO.  Started direct trade with foreign companies.

1977, Apr.  Name changed to FUKUSHIMA OPTICAL MFG., INC.

1978, Nov.  Opened Sabae Branch in Kaminaka-cho, Sabae-city.

1988, Jan.  Remodelled Sabae Branch and moved the head office to Sabae Branch.

2009, May.  Harukazu Fukushima (Harry) was inaugurated as CEO.

2013, Feb.  Masanobu Fukushima (Masa) was inaugurated as CEO.
